What is FanFabs?
FanFabs is a platform where fans, creators, and brands connect. Creators can monetize content (subscriptions, PPV), go live, message fans, and collaborate with brands—including live shopping—while fans get closer access and brands run measurable campaigns.
Who can use FanFabs? What are the age rules?
- Anyone 18+ can make an account and use the Services.
- Users aged 13–17 may use FanFabs only as fans and only with parent/guardian authorization.
- Creators must be 18+ at the time of registration and may be asked for proof of age.
How do I create an account?
Click Register from the top navigation and follow the steps. Creators can also hit Become a creator on the homepage.
How do I log in if I forgot my password?
Use Login → Forgot password and follow the email instructions. If the email isn’t there, check spam/junk and verify you entered the correct email.
Which languages are supported?
FanFabs supports multiple languages. The current selector offers Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Português, Română (expandable over time).
How do I report a user or a post?
Go to the user’s profile or the specific post, click the three dots menu, and choose Report. Our team reviews each report and takes appropriate action. You can also block the user to stop messages and profile visibility.
How do I block someone?
Open the user’s profile → three dots → Block.
What behavior is prohibited on FanFabs?
Illegal content/activities, harassment, IP infringement, spam, bots/scraping, introducing malware, and interference with the platform are prohibited. See Acceptable Use in Terms.
How does FanFabs use my data?
See our Privacy Policy for data we collect (e.g., account details, usage data), how we use it (service delivery, analytics), and sharing practices. We use Google Analytics; you can read how Google uses data and opt out.
Do you change data collection when my browser sends Do Not Track?
No—your data collection/use settings do not change when a DNT signal is detected.
How can I delete my data or account?
From your account settings you can update or delete certain data; you can also email support to request deletion or access. Some data may be retained where required by law.
What payment information do you store?
Payments are processed by third-party providers. FanFabs does not store sensitive card or bank details. We may store transaction references (e.g., IDs) for support and disputes.
Is the platform secure?
We use commercially reasonable measures, but no method is 100% secure. Avoid reusing passwords and enable device-level protections.

How do I follow a creator?
Search or browse creators, open their profile, and click Follow (or subscribe if it’s a paid tier).
What can I buy as a fan?
- Memberships / subscriptions to unlock premium posts & perks

- Tips to support creators
Offerings vary by creator.
How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, you gain access to member-only content and benefits the creator lists (e.g., private feed, chats, livestreams). Your plan renews automatically until canceled.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to account Billing/Subscriptions and cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of the paid period; future billing stops. Past charges aren’t refunded (unless legally required).
Are purchases refundable?
Purchases (subscriptions, tips, PPV) are generally non-refundable. In rare cases (fraud/duplicate charges), contact [email protected]
How do I access paid posts I bought?
They appear on the creator’s feed or your library/history after successful payment. If you don’t see access, refresh, confirm payment status, then contact support.
What fan experiences are available?
Creators may host livestreams (RTMP), watch parties, Q&As, private communities, and one-on-one or small-group moments. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss events.
How do notifications work?
Follow/subscribe to creators and enable notifications in your profile to get alerts when they post or go live.
Can I record or re-upload a creator’s content?
No. Redistribution, copying, or recording of paid or free content without permission is prohibited and may lead to account action.
How do I report content or a creator?
Open the post/profile → three dots → Report. Add context if prompted. We’ll review and act according to policy. You can also Block to stop contact.
What if a creator stops delivering promised benefits?
Message the creator for resolution. If unresolved, contact [email protected] with examples.
FOR CREATORS
How do I become a creator?
Click Become a creator on the homepage or Register, complete onboarding, and (where requested) provide age/identity verification (Creators must be 18+).
What can I monetize?

How do paywalls and posting work?
Use the Advanced paywall to sell text, videos, images, or PDFs via subscriptions or PPV. Use Advanced posting tools to draft, schedule, and tease content (e.g., blurred previews).
Can I go live? What tech is supported?
Yes. FanFabs supports fast, secure RTMP live streaming with chat reactions and alerts.
How do I message fans?
Use Live messenger for direct messages, premium content in DMs, and pay-per-view chats.
What’s the platform fee?
FanFabs takes from 10 % platform fee from each sale.
Do you support instant payouts?
Yes—instant via PayPal/Stripe or same-day bank transfer, cryptocurrencies, virtual credit card, depending on eligibility and processor availability. (Availability can vary by region and compliance checks.)
Which currencies are supported?
Payouts are typically in USD, depending on the method and region.
When can payments be withheld?
We may hold funds if we suspect fraud, IP infringement, policy violations, or if there are unresolved fan complaints about non-delivery of benefits. Held funds are released or reversed after investigation.
Who handles taxes?
Creators are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes (income, VAT, etc.) in their jurisdiction. FanFabs may collect/remit where legally required and may request tax forms.
Who owns my content?
You retain ownership. By posting, you grant FanFabs a license to host, distribute, and promote your content to operate the platform; fans receive a personal, non-commercial viewing license to the content they buy.
Can I remove content?
Yes—delete or edit any of your posts from the post menu. Note: purchases already delivered aren’t refundable by default.
What if I offer subscriptions with promised perks?
You are responsible for honoring all listed benefits (e.g., monthly video sessions). Repeated non-delivery can lead to support actions, refund reviews, and/or payout holds.
Is there a bio/link page?
Yes—every premium creator gets a free “Ultimate Bio Page” to showcase links, socials, and products in one place.
Can I reach fans globally?
Yes—FanFabs supports multiple languages to help grow worldwide.
AFFILIATES & AGENCIES
How does the affiliate/partner program work?
Refer creators with your unique link and earn recurring commissions on their sales—payouts can reach up to $10,000 per creator over time. Program is designed for long-term success and agencies.
What’s not allowed in the affiliate program?
- No PPC ads or keywords using “FanFabs” or confusing variations
- No spam, fake accounts, or self-referrals
- No deceptive, misleading, or aggressive tactics
- No impersonating FanFabs or claiming official status
Violations can lead to commission disqualification and/or program removal.
When are affiliate commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on verified, legitimate referrals that result in active creators who generate sales. Payouts run on FanFabs’ standard payout cycles.
Can commissions be withheld or canceled?
Yes—we may disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable methods at our sole discretion.

Start from For Agencies on the homepage and follow the partner prompts, or contact support for onboarding assistance.

How can brands work with creators on FanFabs?
Run sponsored posts, creator partnerships at scale, or live social shopping where products are showcased during livestreams—fans can purchase instantly.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
What data does FanFabs collect?
Account details, usage data (IP, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps), and information you provide. Some information may be collected automatically, including on mobile.
What about cookies and tracking?

Do you use analytics?
Yes—Google Analytics. See how Google uses data and opt out with Google’s addon.
How do I exercise my privacy rights (access/delete/correct)?
Use account settings to update/delete information where available, or contact support to make a request. Some retention may be required by law.

We don’t change data practices based on browser DNT signals.
TROUBLESHOOTING & BEST PRACTICES
I didn’t receive my confirmation/reset email. What now?
Check spam/junk, wait a few minutes, then request another email. Ensure your inbox isn’t full and that you entered the correct email.
My payment succeeded but I can’t see the content.
Refresh the page, confirm you’re logged into the paying account, check your billing history, then contact support with your transaction reference.
My livestream has latency or drops.
Verify your RTMP encoder settings, internet upload speed, and close other heavy network tasks. If issues persist, contact support with your stream time and encoder logs.
How do I stay compliant as a creator?
- Don’t post infringing or unlawful content
- Honor listed perks and schedules
- Disclose sponsorships/ads as required by your local law
- Keep tax details up to date
